Saint Vincent Hospital is comprised of a wide variety of medical practices and healthcare services, and some of the local things you'll need to set up may vary. Key information to ask your HR contact with us or department administrative assistant on or before your first day:
Parking: HR will provide you the guidance necessary to fill out the parking form which allows access to the parking garage. The parking office may be reached by calling our main phone # 508-363-5000, ask for the parking office.
ID Badge: HR will assist with this as you will need the form they use to define the type of access you’ll need. You will then bring the form to the Safety office to acquire your badge. The badge allows you access to many areas that are required to complete your work with us.
IT Access: Your medical staff onboarding contact will provide you with the IT contact when initially onboarding. Once onboarding has been completed, any IT needs can be requested via the eTenet employee portal, TenetOne application. You will receive an email confirming the request has been received along with regular updates.
